SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000 within India when you pay online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Paytm, prepaid instruments, UPI facility.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, by our reputed courier agency partner: DTDC.  

You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, there may be a slight delay than the usual delivery time. In such case, we would appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order and keep you updated until its successful delivery.

 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted up to three times provided you stay in contact with the courier person, otherwise the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In this case the product will be returned to us immediately and another attempt will not be made unless specifically requested by you through an email. Then an additional shipping charge of Rs. 200 shall be applicable.
