RETURN & EXCHANGE

All the products offered by BeLuxe World, comply with all international quality standards, and have undergone stringent quality checks. Still, if you are unsatisfied due to any reason, please feel free to return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. 

Note: Our return & exchange policy is applicable only when goods are returned unused, unwashed and the price tags intact along with a valid receipt.

INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE

To place a return/exchange request online, please fill in the form from the link above. Alternatively, you may also email us at care@35.199.72.234, with subject: RETURN or EXCHANGE (as applicable) along with the order number. Although you are not obliged to share any reason for return, we would appreciate to hear your valuable feedback. 

Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 working days.

REFUND

We offer a full refund if your product does not fit right or feel right. We want you to be completely at ease whilst making your purchase. The full amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 14 days after the goods are received and passed the quality check process at our head office. In case of payments made through COD mode, please let us know your preferred mode of transaction (Paytm or Netbanking) to enable us to transfer the required amount within the same timeframe as mentioned above. 

In case the price of the exchanged product is lower than the original one, the balance amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment except for COD. In case of payments made through COD mode, the above mentioned policy is applicable.

The BeLuxe World team holds the rights not to accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

SALE/CLEARENCE

Products purchased during a promotional SALE period can only be exchanged, but not returned. Our exchange policy is applicable only when goods are returned unused, unwashed and the price tags intact along with a valid receipt.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before the shipment has been dispatched. To place a cancellation request online, please visit My Account section. Follow the link to Return/Refund available under My Orders section and simply fill in the form and submit. Alternatively, you may notify us by email at: care@35.199.72.234, with subject: CANCELLATION REQUEST.

Once confirmed, we will initiate full refund for prepaid orders. Refund may normally take up to 14 working days.
